A Turkish café and bakery on Weston Road. Fresh bakes from 8 am, breakfast until 5 pm, pide and kebab from 11 am to 10 pm, and dessert with Turkish coffee until midnight.
The oven starts before we open. By noon it is pide and lahmacun, and after dinner the pastry case and the Turkish coffee take over.

Bread, simit, açma, poğaça, börek and croissants are made here from early morning. The trays come out through the day, which is why what sits in the case at 9am is not what you find at 7pm.
We took the name from Cappadocia, where homes and inns were carved into soft rock and travellers were always given a place to rest. The breakfast is laid out the way it is at home in Turkey, and the desserts are the ones we grew up waiting for.

All our meat and chicken is halal and hand-slaughtered. Nothing else comes into the kitchen.
The pastry side matters just as much. The gelatin, cream and every other ingredient in our cakes and desserts is halal-certified, so the dessert case is as safe as the kitchen.
